About Us
Lotus Steam Laundry and Dry Cleaners have been in the Laundry and Dry Cleaning Industry for over 90 years and have operated from the present premises since 1964.
Our Vision
We see the potential for great economic advancement for our people in this region with not only the COEGA project as the only viable one, but the rest of the Province in general and the Nelson Mandela Metropole in particular, with the many interesting projects at hand.
Our Mission
We see our role as an established Black Business, to encourage, support and nurture emerging Black Entrepreneurs to join the mainstream economy. Simultaneously we have identified opportunities for us to grow and create new jobs in this region.
Our Staff
We have a well trained staff and see no problem in training more persons to meet our growing needs. The average number of years of employment of our staff presently employed in the business is 8-9 years. We also have a very pleasant and long standing relationship with the Trade Union that represents our staff.
